  • Non-Monetary: GOODSALOT® is strictly for trades and giveaways. No cash transactions allowed.
  • User Responsibility: You are 100% responsible for verifying the safety and condition of items.
  • Permanent Records: Once a trade is initiated, records are preserved for the safety of both parties.
  • Global Conduct: We expect respectful, lawful behavior across all jurisdictions.

1. Global Service Agreement

Welcome to GOODSALOT®, a global peer-to-peer exchange platform. By accessing our services, you enter into a binding agreement with GOODSALOT® LLC. While our administrative headquarters are in Florida, USA, these terms apply to all users worldwide.

2. Prohibited Items & Conduct

To maintain a safe environment, certain items and behaviors are strictly forbidden. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • ❌ Weapons or explosives
  • ❌ Illegal drugs or paraphernalia
  • ❌ Recalled or dangerous goods
  • ❌ Harassment or hate speech

3. Item Visibility & Archiving Policy

Our deletion model is designed to protect trade integrity. By using the platform, you acknowledge:

  • Soft-Delete (Archiving): Listings involved in an accepted offer or completed transaction cannot be permanently erased. They will be "Archived"—hidden from the public but retained in the history of the parties involved.
  • Hard-Delete: Only items with no transaction history (zero offers) can be permanently purged from our database and cloud storage.
  • Privacy: All data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy.

4. Safety & Liability Waiver

GOODSALOT® does not vet users or inspect items. You assume all physical and financial risks when meeting others or using items obtained through the platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GOODSALOT® LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from user interactions or faulty goods.

5. Dispute Resolution

For users worldwide, we encourage resolving disputes amicably through our internal reporting system. Legal disputes shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the transaction occurred, or via binding arbitration in Florida, USA, at the sole discretion of the platform.
